They are a reminder of what the Sea of Cortes once was.

In November, we spent an amazing, once in a lifetime, 12 days swimming with dozens of whales and hundreds of marlin on the Golden Gate Bank near Cabo.

This was a common occurrence 30 years ago. Today, those 12 days stand as a clear reminder of what the Sea of Cortes was and with help can be again.

  2. i forget the name of the carribean is. that did a study comparing the dollar return per lb. of fish caught by foreign fleets vrs. sportfishermen (mostly u.s.) it was stunning! needless to say their gvmt. outlawed cmrcl. fishing.i suggest mex. gvmt. look at new zealand’s “no fishing” reserves and how their fishstocks have increased since their inceptcion. good luck!
